Birthday Lunch
We are celebrating Senia’s Birthday on Monday, 10th January 2011 in Fish in a Tie Restaurant from 12 – 2pm. All welcome.
W.O.W Christmas Lunch 2010
We had a lovely Christmas lunch in St. Mark’s church with all our friends and children. We would like to thank Lucinda and Cheer for the lovely Christmas presents and beautiful bonding and warm atmosphere.
Chutney Making
W.O.W Mums are making chutney with WasteWatch Charity on Friday, 3rd Dec. in KLS cafe from 11am – 1pm as part of 4 practical workshops to look at importance and value of food, celebrating, cooking and nutrition. All welcome.
Battersea High Street Christmas Fair
Katherine Low Settlement is raising the funds to support local community groups including W.o.W through Battersea High Street Christmas Fair, which is on Sunday, 12th December 2010 from 12 – 5pm.
W.O.W Christmas Party
Our Christmas Party will be on Wednesday, 8th December from 4.30 – 7pm in Leonard Cheshire Centre, Battersea. We’ll make Christingles and sing Caroles, before Mrs. Santa gives the presents out to children. Courtesy of Battersea Rotary Club.
LA Connecting Conference 2010
As a small community group intersted in becoming a social enterprise, we have been invited to Local Authority Connecting Conference in Kensington and Chelsea Town Hall on Wednesday, 24th November, where 100 key representatives from local authority and social enterprises from all over London will attend together with the Mayor of Kensington and Chelsea.
York Gardens Library

Mayor’s Civic Awards
WoW Mums had the pleasure of attending the Mayor’s Annual Civic Dinner and the presentation of Civic Awards in Wandsworth Town Hall last night.
