Trip to Rochester

WoW Mums have funded the tickets for the elderly residents from Haven Lodge to join their neighbours from Kambala Estate to go to a Dikenzian Fair in Rochester this weekend. This community trip has been organised by Kambala Cares organisation.

Civic Award for WoW Mum

WoW Mum Senia Dedic has been awarded the prestigious Civic Award by the Worshipful Mayor of Wandsworth for making London a better place to live in.

WoW 10 Years Celebration

WoW Mums celebrated our 10 years of helping parents, children and our community in the lovely Map Room in City Hall with all of our friends and supporters.

WoW Mums with Barnardos

WoW Mums have completed our Barnardos training about preventing bullying and social media traps, as well as  heard about the dangers if increase of children trafficking, social influences and tactics used to blackmail children and vulnerable youth. Children have to be aware of these serious things and must discuss them with their parents.

Braille Campaign

WoW Mum Senia Dedić has asked the Parliament Minister Marsha de Cordova to raise an issue of blind people needing Braille signs on stairs handles at railway stations, so they would know which platform they are accessing and destinations from there.
