Knife Crime Conference

WoW Mums helped at Knife Crime conference, organised by Rotary Club of Battersea Park to find solutions to knife crime problem. Phillip Dorman made a Wall of Sadness, representing coffins of all youths who died from knife wounds.

WoW Trip to Eden

JWoW mums organised an educational and rehabilitational trip to Cornwall for families with respiratory problems, caused by high air pollution in London. Places will be allocated on first come first served basis for fairness.

WoW Mentoring NCS Youth

WoW Mums are mentoring youth from NCS National Citizen Service in intergenerational work, for young people who would like to have a career  in caring, catering, nursing or to become a doctor. This is our seventh year of mentoring youth from The Challenge.

WoW at Living Streets Meeting

We attended Living Streets meeting to see the Battersea Link presentation, prepared by architect Camilla Ween to connect South Battersea with North Battersea in an uniform way.

WoW Presentation at Job Centre

WoW Enterprise Club gave a presentation at Job Centre Plus on how we solved catch 22 problem, by helping single Mums become entrepreneurs.

WoW Eid Lunch

 WoW Mums served Eid lunch at Doris Emmerton, sheltered housing accommodation and played darts with residents.
