WoW Mums and Falcon Estate RA have sponsored the Christ Church School children to attend the Jamie Oliver’s Cookery school and learn how to cook with the fruits and vegetables, which they have grown in their Secret Garden. The children made Ravioli from scratch and filled them with the spinach grown in their school garden. Thank you to KLS for letting us use their community van and thank you to Rex Wickham from Media 2020 for driving us there.

Positive Parent Action Christmas Lunch
Positive Parent Action is a group of parents and carers who’ve come together to champion children and young people (from birth to 25), living in Wandsworth who are affected by disability.
Knowing that there’s strength in numbers and shared experience, thy work closely with Wandsworth Council to improve provision for all families in the borough with additional needs.
PPA have set up the parent forum in 2009 with funding from the national initiative ‘Aiming High for Disabled Children’, which promoted greater parent involvement in local provision.
Since our launch PPA have helped to bring parents and professionals closer together, and established a committed steering group with valuable first-hand experience across a range of disabilities, age groups and family circumstances.
Several WoW Mums are members of PPA and will attend their Christmas lunch in Kairos Centre in Roehampton at 11am today.
