After much deliberation and speculation the Children and Families Act 2014 has been published this month. Department of Health and Department of Education composed 271 pages long Special Educational Needs and Disability Code of Practice 0-25, as a statutory guidance for organisations who work with and support children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities.
